When you email us or submit the project form, we receive the name, work email, company details and project information you choose to provide, including intended materials, audience, timing and budget. For relevant business introductions, we may use company contact details published on company websites or identified business directories and record the source.
We use this information to respond, assess a project, prepare a quote and manage agreed work and related records. Depending on the situation, the basis is steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests in managing business relationships and making relevant business introductions. Records required by law are kept on that basis. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.
Submitting the form requests a response about your project; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails. To stop business introductions, reply “no thanks” or email us. We keep a minimal suppression record so that your objection is respected.
The website uses Google Sites; the enquiry form uses Google Forms; business correspondence uses Google Workspace. Google may process browser, device and cookie information when you use these services. Its services can involve processing outside your country. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google cookie information for details and controls. Browser settings can also limit cookies, which may affect embedded features.
AI may assist drafting, design or coding in an agreed project. We agree the tools and data-sharing arrangements before confidential client information is used in external AI services. Client material is not published as a sample without permission. The website’s fictional product illustrations are AI-generated concepts.
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to discuss the work, manage the business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping duties or address a dispute. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and on those continuing needs. Records that are no longer needed are removed; minimal opt-out details are retained to prevent further marketing.
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to use of your information. Portability and withdrawal of consent apply where relevant; some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant authority where you live.
Please do not submit personal health data, passwords, confidential product files or other sensitive records through the initial form or email. Project-specific access, storage, security and retention arrangements are agreed before such material is transferred.
